PAYMENT AND ORDERS

Orders are subject to acceptance by us and the availability of the goods and will be invoiced at the prices set out in our website at the time of your purchase.

All of our prices are listed in Pounds Sterling, and you will be invoiced in Pounds Sterling. If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.

We will ask for payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, before your goods are dispatched. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you gave when you placed your order.

All credit and debit card details are processed via Shopify Payments. Paypal is processed via its own Shopify integrations. We cannot assume any liability whatsoever for the availability and functionality of this service. Shopify Payments comply with the Electronic Commerce Directive. We accept payments using Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex and Paypal.

When you have placed your order we will not be able to make any changes or cancel it, but you can of course return the goods when you receive them.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us, in the event that we have run out of stock. If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by e-mail and will recredit your account by any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered, but of course we will let you know if, and when, the item will be back in stock.

 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SIREN PIECES

Your Siren jewellery contains one or more lab-grown opals which may vary slightly from one another.

If you wish to return any Siren items, all the details are set out in our Returns Policy. Whilst we agree to refund or replace any of our items, if our replacement requirements are met, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the Siren pieces that you wish to return.

 We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of Hermes.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase items from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our pieces to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any personal injury resulting from our negligence.
