When you purchase goods from Siren we ask you to provide details such as your name, address, email address and contact numbers. We will always treat all of your personal information as confidential, unless of course, we are obliged to disclose information by law.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We are required by UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of six years after which time it will be destroyed. Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Shopify will initially process your personal data in Ireland and then it will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States.
