Eve's Story

Some people think that Eve being created after Adam makes her subservient. But following the logic of the timeline of creation, starting with light, building to animals and finally men – or a man – the order shows the progression of intelligent thought. Woman being made after man adds up. Eve has also received her fair share of blame, mainly for the pain of every birth ever. But, delving beneath the surface, the Bible suggests the Serpent is a creature sexually attracted to Eve. One of the first women to have their reputation ruined by someone trying to seduce her, but definitely not last.
