Boleyn's Story 

You probably learnt about Anne in history class - the manipulative second wife of Henry VIII, suspected of witchcraft, who caused the break away from the Catholic church. She was hated in her time, and has been reviled since. But Anne was a woman who did what she wanted, in the face of restrictive expectations and poisonous gossip. She stridently challenged the patriarchal structure of the time and took on the establishment – she wanted to be Queen of England so she made it happen; arguably a feminist move before the word feminist even existed.
